NOTICE TO FILE CLAIM FROM $328 MILLION UBER/LYFT WAGE THEFT RECOVERY WILL START TO GO OUT MARCH 7!

Rust Consulting, the administrator hired by the Attorney General’s office to oversee the claims process and make the payments to drivers, will start to send out letters on March 7th, and will start emailing and texting on March 8th. The letter, email and text will all have the individual Claim ID for each driver. You will be able to file your claim by mailing back the form you receive in the mail OR by submitting the form online. You will need the Claim ID from your letter/email/text. Some friends/fellow drivers might get their notice before you, please do not worry. Stay patient. If you know that your address, email, phone number have changed then you can reach Rust Consulting or come to the NYTWA office and we will relay your information.

For families of drivers who have passed away: Whoever is in charge of the family member’s estate (“the executor”) can apply, but should not fill out the claim form right now, because the claim form only allows for the driver to complete the form. You must contact Rust Consulting first. Please contact the New York Taxi Workers Alliance if you need more information and for assistance.
