SIGN UP FOR APPOINTMENTS AT THE OFFICE FOR EIDL: EIDL is a loan from the SBA (Small Business Administration) to help cover your business expenses. The loan is for 3.75% over 30 years. First payments don't begin until after 24 months and there is no pre-payment penalty (except you must pay the interest for any months that have passed.)
EIDL includes an ADVANCE. An Advance is money that you do not have to pay back. There are two main advances: EIDL Targeted Advance of $10,000 and the EIDL Targeted Supplemental Advance of $5,000. That means, a potential total of $15,000 that you do not have to pay back.
If you want the union's help to apply for a EIDL loan, apply for the $10K (or $5K) Advance, or file a Re-evaluation after you were denied, sign up for an appointment at the office.
Bring With You:
2019 and 2020 and 2021 monthly gross bookings. So, your statements from Uber, Lyft, Via; CMT or Verifone; or from the base.
Bank account information (routing number, account number),
DMV or other photo ID
